Established in 1889 by J.M. Pitblado as the Pacific Condensed Milk, Coffee and Canning Co., this was the first evaporated milk cannery in California and the first industry in Buena Park. The Bixby family owned the factory from 1896 until it closed in 1907. The site was later used as a tomato cannery.
