Tygart Lake State Park is a West Virginia state park encompassing 391 acres along Tygart Lake near Grafton. Built around the lake for both overnight visitors and day use, it includes the 20-room Tygart Lake Lodge, a restaurant, 11 cabins, 40 campsites, and two gift shops. Its recreation centers on the lake and its wooded shore, with boating, fishing, waterskiing, swimming, and boat rentals available from the marina. Hiking trails and picnic areas extend activity onto land. The park remains an important regional destination for lake-based outdoor recreation.
