Little Niagara Falls is a waterfall on the Salmon River at the southern edge of Oregon’s Mount Hood National Forest in the Salmon–Huckleberry Wilderness. It lies in an unusually concentrated stretch of river with several nearby waterfalls, including Final Falls, Vanishing Falls, Frustration Falls, and Copper Creek Falls within about a mile, while Hideaway Falls, Split Falls, and Stein Falls are farther away. The falls and the river trail pass through dense forest dominated by Douglas fir, western hemlock, red cedar, bigleaf maple, red alder, and black cottonwood. Reaching the falls usually involves a skilled ten-mile hike from near Welches along U.S. Route 26.
