On November 13, 2010, a devastating fire destroyed almost all of the southwest section of historical downtown Paoli. Completed in the fall of 2012, this building rose like a phoenix from the ashes and stands in memorial to the shops and businesses, many more than one hundred and fifty years old, that were lost that day.
