Sam's Throne is a hard sandstone climbing area in the Boston Mountains of north central Arkansas within the Ozark–St. Francis National Forest. Protected and widely known among serious rock climbers, it is especially recognized for the Chickenhead Wall formation. The surrounding area includes more than 100 named climbing routes that span a range of difficulties, making it a significant destination for climbing. It is accessible by a paved Forest Service road from the town of Mount Judea and has been documented in Arkansas Rock Volume 1 by Clay Frisbie.
