At 461 North Central Avenue, the original home of Chick-fil-A opened in 1946 when S. Truett Cathy began The Dwarf Grill, starting a legacy of serving the community with great care and delicious food. By 1957, the restaurant was renamed The Dwarf House, and a porch and chimney were added. In 1967, a new building was constructed to serve more guests. Today, at its original location, The Dwarf House continues Truett Cathy's vision of loving neighbors and providing quality ingredients and service, and for many it has become a second home where all are welcome.
