Saint Peter’s Episcopal Church was dedicated on April 13, 1884. It is San Pedro’s oldest church and its first cemetery, both dating from the 1880’s. It was declared Historic Cultural Monument No. 53 by the Cultural Heritage Board, Municipal Art Department, City of Los Angeles.
