Camp Moore Confederate Soldiers Memorial is sacred to the memory of the Confederate soldiers who died at Camp Moore and were buried there from 1861 to 1865. The cemetery was dedicated to the State of Louisiana on June 3rd, 1905, and honors Louisiana's unnamed dead who slumber there.
