The village of Almelund and the Immanual Lutheran Church were established in 1887. By Gods grace, the people of Amador Township, with the assistance of the Almelund Lions Club, developed this Triangle Park in 1987. At various times, this site was home to a garage, barber shop, funeral parlor, confectionary store, post office, opera house, produce store, and doctors offices.
