Mount Glenn, in southeastern Arizona’s Coronado National Forest about 75 miles east of Tucson, is the highest point in the Dragoon Mountains and lies in Cochise County. Named around 1888 for Calvin Glenn, then a manager for the Chiricahua Cattle Company, it has long been part of the region’s landscape. Today the mountain is especially significant as a prominent feature of the Dragoons and as one of the range’s main summit goals, making it a popular hiking destination for local visitors.
