A shop-built yarding outfit on a Ford F6 truck served as a highly adaptable logging aid. It traveled at truck speeds on highways and was quick and easy to set up and take down. It could pull logs from any direction up to 500 feet. It was also used for heavy lifting and towing, and could stack and load logs onto trucks or railroad cars.
