In reverent memory of Alan Ogilvie Clephane, Elias Quereau Horton, Guy Wilkinson, and Stuart Castle, who willingly gave their lives for their country in the World War, this memorial was erected by The Society of Colonial Wars in The District of Columbia in 1921.
