Willow Creek State Recreation Area in northeastern Nebraska is a protected outdoor destination centered on the 700-acre Willow Creek Reservoir, southwest of Pierce and northwest of Norfolk. Managed by the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, it is built around water-based recreation and camping, with boating, fishing, swimming, and shoreline stays among its main attractions. The reservoir is stocked with crappie, bluegill, bass, catfish, walleye, and northern pike. The area also includes 101 RV campsites with electrical hookups, an equestrian campground with 10 campsites, and a 10-mile hiking and biking trail, giving the park a wide range of recreational uses.
