A fence that formerly stood in front of the old St. Cecila's Church, constructed in the late 1920's, was acquired by Larry Kacer, a parishioner of St. Cecilia's and a member of the Village Board of Trustees, after the old church was taken down. Once in poor condition, the fence was restored by the Public Works Department in a color favored when St. Cecila's was first constructed.
