Those from the Linglestown area who gave their lives for their country in the Republic of Vietnam were George H. Stahl Jr., who died on May 20, 1966; Jay S. Geyer, who died on Apr. 13, 1967; Michael L. Jones, who died on Dec. 27, 1967; and Lawrence E. Houck II, who died on Feb. 4, 1969.
