Brian E. Tierney Preserve is land given to the Roxbury Land Trust in memory of Sp4 Brian E. Tierney, who gave his life at age nineteen in loyal service to his country in Vietnam. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for extraordinary heroism in action on May 21, 1968.
