The F-105G “Wild Weasel” was the first aircraft retrofitted to destroy surface-to-air missiles in North Vietnam. With a wingspan of 34 feet 11 inches, a length of 67 feet, a height of 20 feet, a speed of 831 miles per hour, a cruising speed of 596 miles per hour, and a weight of 11 tons, it flew dangerous missions whose valiant airmen typified the courage of the Vietnam veteran. It was dedicated in honor of those who served on 24 May 2000.
