Earl Coleates was former Mayor of the City of Canandaigua and founding president of the Boathouse Owner's Association. Through his dedication and unwavering determination, he worked to preserve and protect the City Pier Boathouses and made improvements on the City Pier at his own expense, earning lasting gratitude.
