Dr. W.E. (Brother Bill) Brannon was an area pastor who gave more than 25 years of loyal and faithful service to the local community, the NASCAR racing community, and Atlanta Motor Speedway. He was a friend to all who knew him and a champion of God's word through his many areas of ministry.
