Anderson Spring is a spring in the Ozarks of southern Missouri, in southeastern Oregon County, about a mile south of U.S. Route 160 and a mile east of the Eleven Point River. A small stream flows west from the spring to the river. The spring was named for James Anderson, an early citizen of the area. Its location near the Eleven Point River places it within the network of springs and short tributary streams that help shape this part of the Ozarks.
