Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2932 of Aransas Pass, Texas dedicated a UH-1 Huey helicopter on May 20, 1990, as a memorial honoring the brave men and women who risked their lives so that others might live in peace. The helicopter stood as one of many that carried service members into battle and safely back, with special thanks given to Corpus Christi Army Depot.
