Etna Mountain is a mountain summit in Georgia with an elevation of 1,224 feet, or 373 meters. Its name was borrowed from Mount Etna in Sicily, connecting this Georgia peak in name to one of the Mediterranean’s most famous volcanoes. In this context, however, it is identified simply as a summit in the U.S. state of Georgia.
