Scott Peak is an 11,378-foot mountain in eastern Idaho's Caribou-Targhee National Forest, in the Beaverhead Mountains section known as the Italian Peaks, about 20 miles west-northwest of Dubois. As the highest point in the Beaverhead Mountains, it holds special prominence along this part of the Idaho-Montana border. Its location within national forest land places it in a largely undeveloped mountain landscape, and its elevation makes it one of Idaho's notable high summits.
