Naval service veterans of Clovis and Curry County are honored for their dedication and service to the nation, with grateful thanks to the Naval History and Heritage Command for the loan of a naval anchor and to the State of New Mexico, area businesses, and residents for supporting the memorial's construction. It was dedicated in 2017, and bears the phrase "Non Sibi Sed Patriae," "Not for Self, but Country."
