The aircraft on display is a C-47A, serial number 42-108866, painted and marked to depict an EC-47Q, serial number 43-15204, assigned to the 361st TEWS and 6994th SS in Southeast Asia during 1974. It is dedicated to the Silent Warriors who trained at Goodfellow AFB and took part in EC-47 ARDF operations in Southeast Asia from 1966 to 1974 under the motto "Alone - Unarmed - Unafraid." Aircraft and aircrew locations included Tan Son Nhut AB, Nha Trang AB, Phu Cat AB, Pleiku AB, and Danang AB in Vietnam, and Nakhon Phanom RTAFB and Ubon RTAFB in Thailand.
