Don M. Stromquist House is a Frank Lloyd Wright-designed residence in Bountiful, Utah, placed on a ten-acre site high above the Great Salt Lake with views toward Antelope Island. Built from 1959 to 1961 for Don and Jane Stromquist, it reflects Wright’s Usonian approach through a geometric plan of 60- and 120-degree angles, integrated furnishings, and materials including colored concrete block, steel, glass, and Philippine mahogany. After Wright died in 1959, the house was completed and later declined after the Stromquists moved away. George M. Frandsen and David A. Carlquist restored it to Wright’s original drawings, and it eventually returned to the Stromquist family.
