This mixed-use residential building stands on land that was once part of the Navy Yard annex, an expansion of the Washington Navy Yard created to meet production demands for Navy shipbuilding during World Wars I and II. Developed by Forest City Washington and completed in 2014, it includes 218 apartment units and the neighborhood's first grocery store, Harris Teeter. It also houses other neighborhood firsts, including Capitol Riverfront's earliest multi-purpose gym, VIDA Fitness, and its primary vet clinic, Banfield Pet Hospital.
