Blue Sky Mausoleum is an open-air funerary monument in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Buffalo, New York, completed in 2004 from a commercial cemetery design Frank Lloyd Wright drew in 1928. It belongs to the final phase of Wright’s relationship with Buffalo patron Darwin D. Martin and was the last of four projects Martin commissioned, after the Martin residential complex, the Larkin Administration Building, and Graycliff. Unbuilt for decades, the design was eventually realized under former Wright apprentice Anthony Puttnam, who also oversaw the modified posthumous completion of Monona Terrace. The mausoleum stands as both a Wright-connected work and a notable example of an unbuilt design later entering the landscape.
