Veterans of the Seymour area who served the country in times of peace and war, including those who paid the supreme sacrifice so that others might enjoy freedom, are honored in memory for their spirit, devotion, and love of country, and pioneers are likewise remembered for footprints that remain for all eternity and for the example they left to those who labor for those still to come.
