The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Swinging Bridge is dedicated in memory of area veterans who sacrificed their lives in service to their country: Robert A. Clark, killed in action on Dec. 20, 1968, and Victor Tarasuk, killed in action on Dec. 22, 1966.
