Washington, Jr., Specialist Four, HHC, 7th Support Battalion, 199th Infantry Brigade, USARV, of Mount Olive, Mississippi, born October 30, 1948, and died July 9, 1968; Joseph Carlton Blackwell, Sergeant, A Battery, 5th Battalion, 27th Artillery, I Field Force, USARV, of Seminary, Mississippi, born September 19, 1948, and died November 29, 1970; and Evelyn Franklin Lankford, Sergeant First Class, Company, 2nd Battalion, 502nd Infantry, 101st Airborne Division, USARV, of Mount Olive, Mississippi, born October 3, 1939, and died February 16, 1971.
