The F-84F "Thunderstreak," manufactured by Republic Aircraft Corp, had a span of 33 feet 7 inches, a length of 43 feet 5 inches, a height of 15 feet 0 inches, and a maximum weight of 27,000 pounds. It was armed with six .50 caliber machine guns and could carry several ordnance arrangements, including 32 5-inch rockets, 6,000 pounds of bombs, 2 11.5-inch or 16 5-inch or 24 5-inch rockets, or 2 1000-pound bombs and 18 5-inch rockets.
