Otter Crest State Scenic Viewpoint is an Oregon state park on the coast, administered by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. Reached from U.S. Highway 101, it is a small scenic stop whose northbound left turnoff can appear suddenly and be easy to miss in dense foliage. The site is especially known for its view of Cape Foulweather, which gives it a distinctive place along one of Oregon’s most scenic coastal routes.
