This memorial honors those who offered their lives in the service of the country, including David Rathkey of Maidenhead, Berkshire, England; Stephen Driscoll of the New York City Fire Department; Lenny Ragaglia of the New York City Police Department; and all who gave their lives on behalf of the country on September 11, 2001.
