The Pratt Springhouse served the Lewis/Pratt Homestead directly east at 11 Fox Chase Circle. Water from the spring flowed into the tanyard stream and pond to the south. The building is a 2 1/2 story stucco-over-stone structure with original hand-hewn beams and pegged rafters, and it has a date stone in the south gable. The spring is now enclosed.
