Built by 1848, this house served for many years as the summer parsonage for All Saints Episcopal Church. The congregation held evening summer services here, and it included a number of rice plantation owners who spent summers at Pawleys Island. In 1960, the congregation sold the parsonage and rectory to its present owner.
