Cape Final Trail is a short hiking route on the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona, on the Walhalla Plateau and reached from Cape Royal Road north of Cape Royal. The trail extends two miles one way to Cape Final at an elevation of 7,916 feet, where the rim overlooks the eastern Grand Canyon from Nankoweap to the Unkar Creek Delta. Vehicle access is seasonal and usually depends on winter snow conditions. No water is available along the route or at the trailhead, except occasional early-season snowmelt. Under the park’s Backcountry Use Plan, the area allows at-large camping by permit, with good campsites along the last half mile.
