Brockport Central Rural High School opened in 1934 and served students in grades 7-12 until 1967, when a new high school was built. The original building then became known as the Middle School and thereafter served students in grades 6-8. In 1991, the school was named the A.D. Oliver Middle School after the district's first Supervising Principal. A major addition was completed in 1996.
