The Old Parker Tavern, dating to 1680, was the simple home of Ephraim Parker, an ordinary man who was not wealthy and not particularly distinguished, but who represented the God-fearing yeomanry, and it remains today as he left it, an unchanged relic in the midst of a changing world.
