Broad Margin in Greenville, South Carolina, is a historic house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for Gabrielle and Charlcey Austin and built in 1954 by Harold T. Newton. One of only two Wright-designed buildings in the state, it was carefully fitted into the slope of its 2-acre site to connect with the land. Its distinctive features include 12-inch-thick concrete walls, polished red concrete floors, extensive cypress woodwork and furniture made for the house, radiant floor heating through embedded copper tubes, and solid brass hardware. It is also among the relatively few Wright houses bearing his signature in the structure. Broad Margin was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1978 and documented by the Historic American Buildings Survey in 1988.
