Concord Church was founded in November 1840. A red granite rock from the Canadian Shield, more than 1 1/2 billion years old, was carried south to Preble County, Ohio, at least 15,000 years ago by the Wisconsin Glacier. It was dedicated here on November 11, 1990, on the sesquicentennial anniversary of Concord Church, which served this farming community and Our Father’s World as an instrument of Our Lord.
