Scray Hill is an 892-foot summit on the Niagara Escarpment in northeastern Wisconsin south of De Pere, with land in both Glenmore and Ledgeview. Named for the Scray family, among the first settlers there, it was shaped early by farming, stone quarrying, and the first road up the hill. Quarrying still continues at Scray Quarry. Beyond its natural prominence, the hill now serves regional infrastructure as a major communications site for Green Bay and the Fox Cities, and as the location of a Central Brown County Water Authority storage facility. Nearby, a gravity-hill illusion became part of local lore, and Scray Hill Park was established in 2008 and opened in 2010.
