The Municipal Building Annex was erected in 1941 during the administration of Mayor Raymond C. Mang and the Board of Trustees, which included Burt Jennings, Carter W. Borst, Glen Neeley, William F. Trumpowsky, Jr., Charles W. Sullivan as Clerk-Attorney, Rosa F. Cronin as Treasurer, Jerry Gleason as Contractor, and R.E. Sluyter as Architect. The main building was erected in 1842 and was the former home of Major D.B. Winton.
