Central Park Memorial is dedicated to Anton Cichy and all New York Mills area residents who served and sacrificed for their country in the United States military. It honors those who sacrificed time, life, and limb for the freedoms people enjoy, hold dear, and often take for granted, and it was dedicated on July 20, 1996.
