Citizens of Yukon, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding vicinity served their country in World War Two, the Korean Conflict from June 27, 1950 to January 31, 1955, the Vietnam War from August 5, 1964 to May 7, 1975, and the Great World War, with the dead in service, those killed in action, and those who made the supreme sacrifice specially remembered among the men and women named from the community.
