Iron Mountain Hot Springs is a natural hot springs resort along the Colorado River in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, built around thermal springs whose water emerges at roughly 105 to 108 degrees Fahrenheit and fills soaking pools. Commercial use of the site began in 1896 with the West Glenwood Health Spa, and over the next century the property changed hands and names. After the earlier spa building was demolished in 1996, the site remained vacant until a new facility opened in July 2015. Today the springs supply seventeen pools and geothermal heat for sidewalks and buildings, and the site received National Natural Landmark recognition in December 2023.
