Christ Church Parish Sanctuary was dedicated and consecrated by The Most Rev. Katharine Jefferts Schori, Presiding Bishop and Primate of the Episcopal Church, on October 13th, 2007, in celebration of the 375th anniversary of the congregation. The Rt. Rev. James J. Shand, Bishop of Easton, and The Rev. Dr. David Robert Green, Rector, were associated with the occasion, which invoked the words, “and like living stones let yourselves be built into a spiritual house.” 1 Peter 2:4
