Bechler Falls
Nature
Bechler Falls is a 15-foot waterfall on the Bechler River in Yellowstone National Park. It is the river’s last waterfall, located about 1 mile upstream from the Bechler River’s meeting with the Fall River. The falls are reached via the Bechler River Trail, about 3.5 miles from the Cave Falls trailhead near the park’s southern boundary. Explorers E. C. Gregg and C. H. Birdseye gave the falls their name in 1921.
