Honorable Richard Mangus served as an Indiana state representative from 1972 to 2004 and on the Indiana Natural Resources Commission from 2005 to 2008. He made a difference in Indiana’s natural resources and for the people who enjoy them by successfully advocating for the development of many recreational features at Potato Creek State Park, including cabins, trails, picnic areas, campgrounds, a nature center, and interpretive naturalist service.
