Calders Peak is a mountain summit in West Virginia that rises to 3,219 feet, ranking as the state's 274th highest summit. It was named for Alexander Calder, who erected an observation tower on the peak. Although little more is recorded here about its history, the summit remains one of West Virginia's many named high points and is chiefly notable for its elevation and the origin of its name.
